LegalWise Match for a Day 2009

The colossal 24 hour soccer extravaganza, hosted by Ambassadors In Sport South Africa (AIS-SA), in 2009 was held at ORLANDO STADIUM !!!!!

The 2009 AIS-SA team was again led by Lee Sharpe, former Manchester United & England soccer player, and had various cameo appearances from other ex-professionals and local celebrities. Assisted by volunteers from AIS-SA the team took on 24 different local companies and organisations in one hour games of 7 a-side.

Every hour there were prize draws and the team securing the overall best result against the AIS-SA team won a special grand prize. Competing teams also received photographs with the celebrities and giveaway packs for each player. A VIP area hosted the Corporate Sponsor representatives.

The aim of MFAD 2009 was to raise support for the ongoing work of AIS-SA, in particular for the Hope Academies and the AIS-SA World Cup 2010 projects.
