Coaches Development
training, resourcing and equipping coaches to impact players across the country.
Ambassadors in Sport are passionate about helping coaches to not only become better coaches, but also to understand the unique position they can have to influence their players through life skills and discipleship programmes. AIS Africa are developing Coaches Fellowships, running TREC courses, and mobilising coaching volunteers across the continent.
Coaches Fellowships: The aim of the Ambassadors Coaches Fellowship (ACF) is to create a network of football coaches Africa so they can be supported and encouraged to impact their teams and communities.
Through this network AIS desire to encourage and support those who are passionate about the game and want to be an Ambassador to the world of football.

TREC: Training, Resourcing and Equipping Coaches.
TREC is the AIS coaches course that seeks to train and equip football coaches to be able to better minister to their players through their passion for coaching. Each TREC course is an intensive 40 hour programme that includes on-pitch and classroom instruction in practical coaching and football ministry.
All coaches coming through TREC are encouraged to be part of the Ambassadors Coaches Fellowship (ACF)
